Job Title: Sales & Account Executive
Location: Trinidad (Must have own vehicle)
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission
Job Overview:The Company is looking for a results driven
Sales & Account Executive to join our team. This role focuses on
new business development,
client account management, and
creative contribution to the marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct cold calls, follow-up emails, and client visits to secure new business
- Identify and target key sectors for branded apparel (embroidery, screen printing, DTF, etc) and broad categories of promotional products.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients
- Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Serve as the point of contact for order updates, quotes, and delivery timelines
- Ensure timely follow-ups and provide excellent after-sales service
- Work with the marketing team to brainstorm and suggest creative campaign ideas
- Stay informed on current design and branding trends in uniforms and branded apparel
- Pitch new concepts and product ideas based on industry trends
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 5 CXC passes (including English and Mathematics)
- Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
- Must own a reliable vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or account management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with excellent time management
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections professionally
- A passion for creativity, branding, and keeping up with industry trends
