We are an Engineering based company that has been in existence for over 23 years providing Engineered Solutions and Services to various Industries within Trinidad and Tobago and the Caribbean.
 
About the role   
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical In-house Sales Representative to join our team.  This role involves leveraging technical expertise to identify, engage, and close incoming sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. You will be a key part of our sales team, working to drive revenue and build strong customer relationships. 

Key responsibilities of the position shall include the following:

• Receive customer enquiries from various means and attending site visits where required.
• Preparation of costings and proposals to customers.
• Manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel, from initial contact to closing. 
• Collaborate with other team members, including technical support and engineering, to ensure customer needs are met. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and addressing their needs. 

 
Qualifications    

• MEEET Diploma or equivalent Education, with 3-5 years field experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar Sales position would be an asset.
• Strong technical background and understanding of our industry and technologies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
