Job Description:
Position: CHIEF OF STAFF
Reporting Relationship: MANAGING DIRECTOR
Job Summary:The Chief of Staff will act as a strategic advisor, project coordinator, and operational facilitator to support the company’s leadership in managing growth, optimizing internal processes, and executing business priorities.
Main Job Functions:Executive Support & Strategic Oversight- Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the Managing Director and Executive Directors.
- Coordinate, monitor, and follow through on executive decisions, ensuring timely execution across departments and regional branches.
- Prepare briefing notes, internal reports, and executive presentations for board meetings, regional reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
Regional Expansion Coordination
- Track and report on the progress of all regional expansion initiatives, maintaining a central dashboard for executive reporting.
- Ensure alignment of operations, corporate standards, and brand identity across existing and new territories.
- Facilitate interdepartmental coordination to support market entry processes including licensing, hiring, operational setup, and integration for acquisitions.
Operational Efficiency & Special Projects
- Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring clear objectives, defined milestones, and accountability measures.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvement in collaboration with department heads.
- Support the development and implementation of company-wide policies, systems, and governance structures aligned with regional growth.
Executive Communication & Reporting
- Manage and prioritize the Managing Director’s agenda, ensuring key priorities are addressed.
- Act as liaison between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and consistency in communication.
- Draft high-level internal communications, executive memos, and stakeholder updates.
Corporate Communications & Public Relations
- Support the development and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with business goals.
- Ensure brand consistency and tone of voice across all communication channels.
- Oversee the company’s social media strategy, calendar, and execution that creates engaging content that promotes the brand, culture, and values.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute key corporate events, including town halls, product launches, trade shows and employee engagement activities.
- Manage event budgets, logistics, vendor relations, and post-event evaluations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure events align with brand and communication goals.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years' experience in a strategic, operational, or business management role within a corporate or financial services environment; prior experience in insurance brokerage or financial services a strong advantage.
- Proven experience in supporting C-suite executives and managing strategic projects across multiple business units.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work confidently with senior executives, regulators, and external partners.
- High level of discretion, sound judgment, and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters.

Job Requirements:
