The firm of Date Montgomery & Company Chartered Accountants was established in 1975.  In 1982 this partnership was dissolved which led to the formation of D. Montgomery & Co with Mr. David Montgomery F.C.A. operating professionally on his own.  In February 1987 a partnership was established between Mr. D.G. Montgomery and Mrs. A.C. Anderson.  In February 2004 Mr. Ruthven Thompson was made a partner.  Ms. Kerry Lee Chee Chow was made a partner in April 2012.
In July 2015 we became a member of HLB International which is a leading global network of independent professional accounting firms and business advisors present in 130 countries worldwide. 
In September 2015 the company’s name was changed to HLB Montgomery & Co.
 
In 2021 we terminated our membership with HLB International and in September 2021 changed our name to A.R.K. Montgomery & Co
 
At present there is a staff compliment of 10 including 4 Partners and with a total combined professional experience of over 100 years.
