Memory Bank Caribbean is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into our database and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of information. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Input and update various types of data into our database system accurately and efficiently.
- Quality Assurance: Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting any errors or inconsistencies as needed.
- Data Management: Organize and maintain electronic and paper records, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly archived.
- Data Cleanup: Identify and resolve duplicate entries, outdated information, and other data discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
- Reporting: Generate and prepare reports and summaries of data as requested by management or other team members.
- Adherence to Procedures: Follow established data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to coordinate data entry tasks and support overall data management efforts.
