Primary Position Objectives
Operationalization of the regional marketing programs (including digital), advertising and other marketing activities to drive new business growth through effective and efficient brand and product promotion.
Position Responsibilities
Revenue growth
Develop, monitor and execute on revenue-generating activities and initiatives
Marketing program development
• Strategic oversight of the digital marketing strategy for the region to increase awareness and drive revenue and develop creatives where required. Programs should:
o Build brand affinity and product awareness using market relevant & engaging social media content
o Manage content, digital sales campaign and boosting
o Develop email marketing strategies that support the Marketing plan and drive new business
• Analyze and report on social and digital statistics, providing impactful recommendations for improvement
• Monitor and manage digital lead pipelines to ensure they are optimized
• Develop and execute appropriate and cohesive omni-channel media schedules
• Coordination of brand-aligned CSR programs and sponsored events
• Ensure that all communications, activations, advertising and events are brand-aligned and that the public image of the company is responsibly managed at all times and by all relevant parties

Business segment support

- Work with the various business segments to conceptualize and deliver agreed programs and activities to help them meet projected revenue targets
- Monitor and periodically audit all branded material offered by these producers
Maintain and where appropriate, develop reports that provide clear and summarized insights into the performance of Marketing and advertising programs. Use these reports to make data-driven recommendations for improvement
Reporting

Third-party providers
- Work with appropriate third parties to ensure that programs are meticulously planned, adequately developed and seamlessly executed to obtain positive brand and business results.
- Set and monitor performance targets for providers
Manage approved budget
Team Support & People management
- Provide the required level of coaching, mentoring and supervision to direct reports.
- Execute on all supervisory/managerial requirements for direct reports.
- Promote a high level of teamwork and positive energy within the department.
- Any other job or Division related functions that may be required.
- Degree in Marketing or Communications
- Business Management degree will be considered but must have related work experience
- Certificate qualifications in Digital advertising are an asset
- Moderate expertise in content creating software such as Canva
- Competent Excel user
- Minimum of 3 years of Experience in Digital Marketing
- Minimum of 3 years working at a Supervisory level in a similar environment
- Multi-market experience is an asset
- Must be able to multitask effectively
- Advanced level of attention to detail
- Full understanding of all social media platform
- Google AdWords certification
