JOB SUMMARY
Contributes to the formulation and execution of marketing strategies within the financial services sector. Implements diverse marketing initiatives across various markets, focusing on the introduction and enhancement of products and services. Ensures alignment with overarching strategies to boost revenue. Upholds brand values through crafting marketing materials, promotions, and campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Participates in the creation and deployment of innovative marketing strategies and plans, fostering business growth and meeting sales objectives. Executes specific strategies and media plans to position products and services, leveraging customer analytics.
  2. Examines data and insights to craft campaign briefs, taking into account the competitive landscape, market dynamics, and customer trends.
  3. Manages multiple campaigns concurrently, each tailored to different target audiences and objectives.
  4. Generates monthly reports, dashboards, and presentations to monitor and enhance efforts. Ensures data integrity and quality.
  5. Actively engages peers and key stakeholders in developing and executing initiatives with a substantial impact on the organization.
  6. Assists Sales teams in creating marketing materials and promotions.
  7. Coordinates launches of new products and product enhancements, collaborating with internal stakeholders as directed by management.
  8. Supports the identification, review, and utilization of strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and affiliations.
  9. Performs assigned duties and responsibilities.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Education/Experience
  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Possesses a minimum of three (3) years of marketing experience 
  • Demonstrates expertise in executing marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong quantitative, research, and analytical skills, showcasing the ability to identify situations, explore alternatives, and make informed decisions.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects with minimal supervision, ensuring timely and quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective communication with individuals at all organizational levels and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Understands client/advisor perspectives and requirements.
  • Proficient in preparing executive presentations and business reports.
  • Creative thinker with effective prioritization skills, delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Demonstrates excellent teamwork.
