Key Responsibilities:
  • Greets, assist customers and understand customer needs and requirements for HVAC parts and services.
  • Maintains and organize inventory to ensure easy access and accurate tracking.
  • Monitors inventory levels and record parts and supplies as needed.
  • Utilizes inventory management software to track stock levels orders and deliveries.
  • Manages returns exchanges and warranty claims for parts and products.
  • maintain accurate records of sales transactions, orders and customer interactions.
  • Generating and providing reports on sales inventory levels and other statuses as required.
  • Liaises with local suppliers.
  • Assists with the scheduling of deliveries as needed.
  • Manages financial transactions including processing sales and managing parts costs.
 
    Position Requirements:
 
  1. 5 CXC O’ Level subjects inclusive of Mathematics, English, Physics (I or II).
  2. Certificate in Sales from a recognized institution.
  3. Certificate in Customer Service Training from a recognized institution.
  4. Team player who is results oriented.
  5. At least 1-2 years’ experience in parts management, sales or a customer service role, preferably within the HVAC industry or a related technical field.
