Description
The Administrative/Accounts Assistant is responsible for supporting the office to help maintain the smooth and effective running of the day to day business operations.
Job Specifications
- Provide administrative support to Director and Management Team.
- Prepare necessary letters, documents or general correspondence.
- Perform necessary accounting functions, petty cash, cheque payments etc.
- Book containers for Exports.
- Prepare Export Documentation.
- Ensure filing is kept up to date.
- Manage and Maintain Office Supplies.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Professional Qualifications
- A minimum of five (5) CSEC (CXC) passes including Mathematics and English Language.
- CAPE (A Levels) passes including Mathematics.
- Administrative Experience will be an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
