Description
We are searching for a dependable Procurement Specialist to join our team to provide support to the Procurement Manager and to help manage our organisation’s procurement needs. The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all purchased products and materials meet our specifications, negotiating with vendors as needed to maintain set budgets, and to update trackers and provide relevant status updates.
Requirements:
- Degree in Procurement & Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 Years Proven work experience as a Procurement Specialist.
- Good working knowledge of fabrication material specifications.
- Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business application software.
