We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Recruiter to join our team.

Purpose of the Position:
The Recruiter will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to support our client's staffing needs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about recruitment, possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

This position requires you to work onsite from Port of Spain office. Remote work is not available.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Review resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the candidate selection process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines, track recruitment metrics, and generate recruitment reports.
  • Stay current of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software and tools.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
