Job Duties:
  • To be able to efficiently produce tarts and quiches following standardized recipes.
  • Presenting pastries up to a high standard, consistently in looks and taste.
  • Producing French style petit gateaux, macarons, eclairs.
  • Preparing a wide variety of pastries and desserts, following set recipes.
  • Decorating and presenting desserts up to a high standard, consistently in looks and taste.
  • Working with management to create new and unique desserts to Review our patisserie’s
  • menu.
  • Working with chocolate, being able to temper and make different garnishes.

*Not limited to the duties stated above.

Job Requirements:
  • Diploma in Pastry Arts
  • At least 1 year experience in Pastry Arts
