Description
- To be able to efficiently produce tarts and quiches following standardized recipes.
- Presenting pastries up to a high standard, consistently in looks and taste.
- Producing French style petit gateaux, macarons, eclairs.
- Preparing a wide variety of pastries and desserts, following set recipes.
- Decorating and presenting desserts up to a high standard, consistently in looks and taste.
- Working with management to create new and unique desserts to Review our patisserie’s
- menu.
- Working with chocolate, being able to temper and make different garnishes.
*Not limited to the duties stated above.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Pastry Arts
- At least 1 year experience in Pastry Arts
