Description
- Generate and enter invoices on Peachtree
- Departmental Purchasing – (Request for Quotes, Prepare Requisitions & Purchase Orders)
- Liaise with suppliers to get items delivered in a timely manner
- Follow up on payment for suppliers
- Attend meetings and take minutes
- Filing and general Admin Duties
- Monitor invoices and payments through Company accounts payment system
- Maintain several databases
- Receive goods, accurately enter into stock and dispatch customer orders

- A Certificate in Administration or relevant experience
- Knowledge of Peachtree Accounting Software would be an asset
- At least 3+ years of experience in Administrative Field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
