Description
- Coordinate the movement of goods after the procurement personnel have completed relevant purchase orders and receive order acknowledgements.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping agents, insurers, brokers, to ensure that the documentation for shipments and the goods are delivered in keeping with agreed timelines.
- Assist with warranties and liaise with suppliers for items under warranty for repair/replacement.
- Responsible for the coordination of drop shipments & export shipments.
- Process and follow-up on insurance claims for damaged/missing goods.
- Liaise with Finance Department for payment of duties, VAT, etc. to Customs & Excise Division.
