Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service.
Proposal and Quotation Preparation:
- Develop detailed proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements.
- Accurately prepare costings for laboratory services, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
- Collaborate with technical staff to ensure proposals are technically sound and feasible.
Tender Responses:
- Analyse and respond to tenders, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the tendering process and industry best practices.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay updated on water pollution regulations and EMA guidelines.
- Ensure all proposals and operations comply with relevant environmental regulations.
- Provide clients with accurate information regarding regulatory requirements and compliance.
