Description
Job Responsibilities :
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Assist Sales person when needed
- Assist Production team when needed
- To follow up with custmer’s accounts
- To laise with supplies.
- Handling accounts receivable and payable
Job Requirements:
- A Levels/ CXC passes required
- At least 3-5 years experience in a similar role preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and (whatever programs they need)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong phone etiquette.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Problem-solving abilities; flexible and adaptable to changing tasks.
- Professional demeanor, team-oriented, with discretion handling sensitive information.
