Description
The Sales Associate will be responsible for achieving sales growth by actively selling the company’s line of GPS Tracking & Fleet Management solutions across Retail & Commercial Businesses within Trinidad and Tobago.
The job requires an analytical thinker and someone that has a passion for commission-based sales. This position requires travel throughout Trinidad & Tobago.
Job Function
The incumbent will be required to represent the business professionally and interact with both Vehicle Operators and Business Managers alike. He / She will be required to perform live Demonstrations of the platform and provide detailed information on services available. An understanding of web-based reporting would be a definite advantage.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Promotes to/sells to/secures orders from existing and prospective customers
- Demonstrates services and products to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs
- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned market segment to generate new business
- Coordinates sales effort with management by using oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends
Requirements
- 5+ Years of Sales experience
- Ability to learn and quickly adapt to new technology
- Dynamic and Strong Communication & interpersonal skills
- Demonstratable negotiation skills
- Must own a reliable working vehicle, as this position requires travel to potential customer locations and current clients
