What You'll Do
- Drive Business Growth: Identify new market opportunities and turn them into thriving partnerships and revenue streams. You'll craft and execute strategies to expand our reach in Trinidad and beyond, bringing our environmental products to more people and places.
- Innovate Sales & Marketing: Leverage digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce magic to boost sales. Think creative campaigns, engaging online content, and innovative sales strategies – you'll use every digital tool in the box to connect with customers and grow our brand.
- Lead & Inspire: Guide and mentor a small, dynamic team in our EnviroPRODUCTS division. Set clear goals, then roll up your sleeves and work alongside your crew to achieve them – and even exceed them. You'll foster a collaborative, inclusive culture where fresh ideas and continuous improvement (our namesake Kaizen spirit!) thrive.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Embrace data to make smart decisions. From analyzing market trends and customer feedback to tracking sales metrics, you'll rely on data and insights to fine-tune strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations to keep the EnviroPRODUCTS machine running smoothly. Whether it's managing product inventory, streamlining processes, or ensuring top-notch customer service, you make sure everything is efficient and on-point.
