Description


The Credit /Field Officer is responsible for evaluating clients’ financial information, preparing loan applications in compliance with governing regulations and internal policies and procedures, calculating risk ratios and representing the Company at new and used car dealerships.

KEY DUTIES
Duties include:
  •  Provides service excellence to internal and external customers daily.
  • Contact customers with outstanding balances and negotiate payment terms and schedules.
  • Operating as the Company’s Sales Representative at New/Used Car Dealerships. 
  • Interview customers for vehicle loans, ensuring all supporting documents meet the Company’s requirements.
  • Process New Business Applications for approval daily. 
  • Conduct customer visits and inspection (Commercial building & Vehicle assessment).
  • Performs other related duties in the Credit Department as required. 
  • Relief Stock Count Clerk. 

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Diploma level or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Business Administration, Economics, or any other related field
  • Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in a Credit Environment
  • Valid TT Driver’s Permit, with a minimum of two (2) years driving experience
  • Ability to assess and mitigate risk
  • Excellent customer service and inter-personal skills
  • Ability to evaluate priorities and multi-task
  • Good organisational skills (filing, documentation flow)
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
