Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Rotating Equipment Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, installation, and repair of rotating equipment in industrial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical maintenance, leadership experience, and a deep understanding of pumps, compressors, turbines, and other rotating machinery.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance and repair activities for rotating equipment.
- Ensure all equipment is operating efficiently and in compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians, ensuring productivity and high-quality work.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance.
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, inspections, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in rotating equipment maintenance within industrial sectors such as oil & gas, manufacturing, power generation, or petrochemicals.
- 2-3 years strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required
- Certifications such as API, ASME, or OEM-specific training
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
