Client Relationship Manager
Position Summary:
To provide Strategic Consulting on IT Products with the objective of achieving portfolio growth and revenue generation from assigned accounts through the development of customers and prospective relationships.
Primary Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the management of assigned client accounts and to be the single point of contact for all customer business concerns including but not limited to sales and related activities, financial concerns, customer service concerns and any other business issue which may arise.
- Design and promote profitable, effective and competitive sales proposals for prospective and existing customers
- Maintain a regular call programme on existing customers to ensure effective management, retention and expansion of each relationship. Develop strategies and work with the relevant teams to identify client business needs and formulate solutions to address those needs.
- Responsibility for the delivery of solutions as well as the management of ongoing operations related to those solutions.
- Responsibility for forecasting and managing revenue and other key financial metrics as it relates to the management of client accounts
- Develop targets and report regularly on movement towards said targets
Education and Experience
- B.Sc. in Business Management, IT/ IT Sales or related area
- At least 3-5 years’ experience working in IT Sales.
- Knowledge of IT Programmes.
- Customer Service Training will be an asset.
Skills & Competencies
- The ability to gather and analyze facts, draw conclusions, define problems and suggest relevant solutions
- Effective communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation skills
- The ability to work effectively, both independently and in a team-based environment
- Must be highly detail oriented and organized.
