As we expand, we are looking for experienced and dynamic Store Managers to lead our teams and oversee the smooth operation of our restaurants.

Job Summary:
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a quick-service restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient staff management, and adherence to company standards. This role involves supervising team performance, managing inventory, maintaining food safety and cleanliness protocols, and driving sales and profitability. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills and a passion for delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Supervise, train, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety in compliance with health regulations
  • Monitor and achieve sales targets and operational goals
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Conduct staff performance reviews and provide coaching as necessary
  • Manage staff schedules and optimize labor costs

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in the fast food or retail industry
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage inventory, cash handling, and financial reporting
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
 
Qualifications and Experience
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is often preferred, though not mandatory.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role in the fast food, restaurant, or retail industry.
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory position, particularly in a fast-paced environment, is typically preferred.
  • Experience in customer service, food safety management, and team leadership is essential
