Position: Customer Service Representative

Department: 
 Operations

Reports To: Operations Manager
 
Duties and Responsiblities:
  • The ability to prepare office correspondence accurately and expeditiously.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills with good command of the English Language (both orally and written).
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team and establish good working relationships at all levels.
  • The ability to develop effective administration support systems.
  • The ability to prioritize and manage workloads.
  • High levels of integrity, diplomacy, and discretion.
  • Initiative and decision-making ability.
  • Excellent organizational skills, highly motivated, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Able to learn and operate relevant systems both manual and computerized.
  • Excellent phone etiquette skills.
  • Willing to develop new skills and embrace new training
  • Must be able to work on Saturdays
  • Any other duties as assigned
 
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 passes including English Language and Math) or equivalent.
  • Two (2) to Three (3) years Customer Service experience.
  • Work experience in retail sales would be an asset.
  • Customer Service Certification.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Friendly and approachable.
  • Helpful and positive attitude.
  • Excellent grooming standards along with respectable and professional physical appearance.
  • Responsible and trustworthy.
