Department: Operations
Reports To: Operations Manager
- The ability to prepare office correspondence accurately and expeditiously.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills with good command of the English Language (both orally and written).
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team and establish good working relationships at all levels.
- The ability to develop effective administration support systems.
- The ability to prioritize and manage workloads.
- High levels of integrity, diplomacy, and discretion.
- Initiative and decision-making ability.
- Excellent organizational skills, highly motivated, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Able to learn and operate relevant systems both manual and computerized.
- Excellent phone etiquette skills.
- Willing to develop new skills and embrace new training
- Must be able to work on Saturdays
- Any other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 passes including English Language and Math) or equivalent.
- Two (2) to Three (3) years Customer Service experience.
- Work experience in retail sales would be an asset.
- Customer Service Certification.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Friendly and approachable.
- Helpful and positive attitude.
- Excellent grooming standards along with respectable and professional physical appearance.
- Responsible and trustworthy.
