Job Title:  HR Support Administrator

Department:  Operations
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES                 
  • Manage Time and Attendance register
  • Produce payroll report
  • Staff Training
  • Coordinate Recruitment
  • Conduct onboarding orientations
  • Schedule and participate in interviews
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Coordinate annual leave
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence
  • Liaise with suppliers as required

Qualifications and Experience                                    
  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Experience:3-5 years of experience in HR,

COMPETENCIES                                  
  • Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports
