• Deliver attentive, all-day care tailored to the child’s needs
• Organize and lead educational and engaging activities
• Prepare healthy meals and age-appropriate snacks
• Maintain consistent daily structure, including naps, meals, hygiene, and play
• Promote cognitive and emotional growth through reading and interactive play
• Keep child’s spaces neat and well-maintained
• Handle child-related housekeeping (e.g., laundry, toy cleanup)
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding daily events and child’s progress

• Minimum 2–3 years of professional childcare experience
• Excellent references demonstrating a strong track record 
• Dependable, self-motivated, and emotionally perceptive
• Warm, attentive care balanced with discretion and maturity
• Calm, resourceful demeanor in various situations
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving history

• Certification in early childhood education or caregiving
• Experience with infants and toddlers
• Proficient in English; multilingual abilities a plus
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
• Confident swimmer (preferred)
• Passion for fostering child development through play and creativity
