Description
Objective
- Manage all financial activities, analyze financial data and provide financial guidance to the executive team.
Responsibilities
- To provide accurate, timely and comprehensive financial information to help management manage their business effectively and to execute the company’s financial strategy.
- Direct and monitor the completion of monthly and quarterly financial reports, lead the month-end close process, and conduct monthly financial forecast.

- Ensure timely and accurate submission of all statutory and regulatory requirements
- Plan, organize and execute financial tasks and projects of the organization
- Managing the Company’s cash flow by forecasting future cash needs and ensuring the company has enough finances to meet its financial obligations
- Manage relationships with banks, investors and other financial institutions to ensure that the company has access to the necessary capital to fund its operations
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Lead and ensure the timely completion of external and internal audits
- Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking, and reports
- Oversee the Finance department and ensure that the financial records are accurate
- Measure department performance with appropriate metrics
- Provide for training programs to aid your team in their personal growth and development
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial management
Knowledge and Skills
- ACCA/BSc in Accounting/Finance or any other related.
- Five (5) years or more experience in Financial Management or Accounting.
- Strong understanding of corporate financial planning and risk management
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, financial regulations and tax regulations
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office and other ERP software.
