KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
  • Strategically market and sell MBC’s solutions, products, and services to new and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of MBC’s offerings and stay informed about competitors’ products and market trends.
  • Professionally engage with clients through meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Identify and pursue sales prospects through proactive outreach, field activity, referrals, and lead generation.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations, tender responses, proposals, and quotations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account profiles and CRM documentation.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales activity and status reports for management review.
  • Participate in promotional events such as trade shows, seminars, and marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in follow-up for payment collections and ensure proper documentation.
  • Report significant client or market developments to management in a timely manner.
  • Take ownership of special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

KEY DELIVERABLES AND ACOUNTABILITIES
QUARTERLY:
  • Achieve quarterly Sales Revenue targets based on assigned objectives
  • Complete recommended/required product training
  • Complete recommended self development training
  • Complete and update required Customer Account Profiles
  • Submit Quarterly Forecast Report based on assigned objectives
  • Complete required Customer Sales Visits and visit reports
  • Manage Customer Relationships.
  
KNOWLEDGE
 
  • Some knowledge of ICT infrastructure and its components
  • Some knowledge of Virtualization, Hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI), Virtual Desktop, and Business Intelligence (BI).
  • Some knowledge the ICT industry, regulation, procedures and best practices.

 EXPERIENCE & TRAINING
 
  • 4-6 years of Sales experience in the IT industry
  • Proven ability to achieve sales quotas in environment of similar nature.
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of Virtualization, Hyperconverged and High Availability environments would be an asset
