Job Description
Reports to the Manager – Corporate Services
Job Tasks:
1. Data Entry Functions:
a. Time and Attendance
b. Update Leave Reports – Staff and Contractors
c. Update Employee’s Leave Schedules/files
d. Update employee’s HR records
2. Scanning and filing online and hardcopies:
a. Employee’s HR files
b. Leave forms.
c. Letters
d. Other documents as requested by management.
3. Maintain document control – filing, assist with archiving etc.
4. Scan – Employees Group Health Claim and Enrolment forms.
5. Maintain Company Vehicle Insurance.
6. Manage Petty Cash
7. Expense Schedules
8. Perform other job-related duties as directed by Management.
Qualifications:
Working Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
5 CSEC/CXC/ O’Levels passes including Mathematics and English or one (1) year experience in a related field.

Good communication skills
