Position: Communications Associate
Reports to: 
Senior Manager – Marketing & Communications

As a Communications Associate, you are the first voice and lasting impression of our organization, an ambassador of our values and our mission. In this highly impactful, target-driven role, you will be entrusted with engaging prospective and existing customers, booking appointments, promoting services, resolving concerns, and ensuring an exceptional service experience in every communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer communications efficiently and professionally
  • Book appointments and follow up with customers in a timely and accurate manner
  • Actively reach out to customers from internal and external databases to drive appointment conversions
  • Promote special campaigns and service offerings to appropriate audiences
  • Follow established communication scripts while also adapting to customer needs
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to queries and concerns from customers
  • Flag trends or emerging issues to the Manager/Supervisor
  • Contribute to the team’s qualitative and quantitative performance goals
  • Engage in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer handling skills
  • Perform any additional duties commensurate with team building to support department goals

Qualifications & Experience

  • Good command of English language and ability to communicate effectively with a wide customer base.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed individual performance targets
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management systems, appointment booking tools, or similar platforms
  • Minimum 5 CXC/GCE O’Levels including English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) will be useful
  • Availability to work on Saturdays and at various locations as needed
  • Prior experience in sales, telesales, or negotiations will be an asset
