Job Summary:
Under limited supervision, provide sales, and project management support to the Product Manager; provide service and support to internal and external customers; co-ordinate the daily activities amongst Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, Customs and Production Departments and assist in other areas of the Rhino Waste Solutions Division as needed and ensure that the Company is projected as the leader in the Industry and a Good Corporate Citizen.

Scope of Responsibility
Local Market & Regional Markets
Sales & Revenue Management
- Assist with maintaining strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers to execute sales strategies aimed at achieving targets.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations as required by the Product Manager.
- Monitor sales goals and align them with overall business objectives.
- Conduct lead generation, market research, and customer outreach as needed.
- Regularly review sales performance reports and provide insights to refine selling techniques.
- Follow up with distributors, retailers, and key accounts to ensure product availability and optimal sell-through rates.
- Maintain reports for all sales activities (daily calls, visits, feedback, weekly plans, etc.) and ensure accuracy.
- Manage receivables, ensuring credit limits are not exceeded and overdue accounts are followed up for timely payment.
Brand Strategy Execution
- Work closely with the Product Manager to implement the national brand strategy, adapting it to market needs while maintaining consistency.
- Assist with brand marketing, product launches, promotional campaigns, and advertising efforts.
Sales & Marketing Collaboration
- Assist with designing and executing marketing campaigns that drive awareness and sales leads.
- Help develop promotional and advertising strategies (digital and in-store).
- Liaise with Production and Warehouse to ensure timely completion of orders.
- Submit sales forecasts in a timely manner for production scheduling.
- Attend monthly Sales or Marketing meetings as needed.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with advertising agencies, distributors, and retailers.
- Foster collaboration between internal teams where necessary.
Budget & Sales Forecasting
- Manage marketing and sales budgets to ensure cost-effective execution.
- Participate in forecasting and planning, aligning marketing with projected sales.
Administrative Functions
- Provide administrative assistance and represent the Product Manager in communications.
- Organize, facilitate, and follow up on meetings and special events.
- Provide information to customers and resolve complaints in conjunction with the Product Manager.
- Correspond with customers to ensure satisfaction and expectations are met.
- Attend meetings and contribute sales and customer service feedback.
- Coordinate and complete special projects ensuring quality service and products.
- Create and maintain files, records, logs, and other documents.
- Prepare monthly sales and collections reports.
- Assist with annual budget preparation.
- Build and maintain a customer database.
- Make regular calls to key accounts to ensure needs are met.
- Respond to local and export enquiries professionally.
- Organize workload to ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain and create files.
- Prepare proforma invoices for customers.
- Correspond with customers.
- Liaise with subsidiaries.
- Ensure timely responses to written requests.
- Coordinate orders and ensure approvals are obtained and sent to relevant departments.
- Follow up on orders with Production and Warehouse teams.
- Liaise with Customs to prepare shipping documents.
- Send documents to customers via courier.
General
- Ensure all documentation submitted is accurate and timely.
- Keep workstation organized, clean, and tidy.
- Perform other duties as requested by Directors or Product Manager.
- Assist Product Manager with administrative duties.
- Follow up on ongoing projects and orders when the Product Manager is absent.
- Support initiatives ensuring product profitability.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma or certification in Administration or Business Management.
- Minimum 3 years’ related experience in Sales and Sales Administration.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet use.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong planning, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
- Strong project management skills for coordinating multiple projects.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms; strong understanding of social media management.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to interact with staff at all levels, including senior management.
- Valid Police Certificate of Character (not more than 6 months old).
- Must have a valid passport and visa.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry would be an asset.
