Roles and responsibilities: 
Perform the full treasury/receivables cycle for the coverage period, including cash forecasting and funding, bank transactions and reconciliations, indenture/investor compliance packs,  monthly billings, policy update inputs, and audit schedules preparation, under the supervision of Line Management and in accordance with company’s policies. 

• Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment in accordance with company process. 

• Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational requirements. 

• Follow up on approvals and transactions to ensure tasks are completed on schedule. 

• Ensure the efficient management of company’s bank accounts in accordance with company process. 

• Perform indenture monitoring function: 

o Prepare responses to investor queries for approval and subsequent submission.

o Manage annual bond timeline and ensure compliance with all requirements in compliance with company’s local procedures and process. 

• Prepare appropriate updates to Finance Policies and Procedures in accordance with the company’s approval process. 

• Perform Year-end procedures, and support with time frames and commitments required of the company’s financial reporting cycles. 

• Assist in annual audit by preparing reports and schedules as well as providing documentation. 

• Provide support to CFO and or Finance Manager when required. 

• Performs other duties as required to support Finance Department’s achievement of the company’s goals and objectives. 

Qualifications and Experience: 

• Professional finance and accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). 

• At least five (5) years’ experience in finance and accounting, one (1) of which must be at a supervisory level. 

• Knowledge of financial and accounting statutory requirements. 

• Proficiency in financial reporting methods. 

• Good analytical, organizational, problem solving and time management skills. 

• Demonstrated leadership skills. 

• Proven ability to create and sustain effective working relationships in a team environment. 

• Ability to communicate and articulate ideas and information clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.

 • Very good interpersonal skills. A high degree of integrity.
