We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of handling financial data with accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Data entry and maintenance of financial records
• Processing invoices, receipts, and payments
• Assisting with bank reconciliations and month-end reporting
• Filing and document management
• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports
• Supporting the Accounts Department in day-to-day operations
Requirements:
• 5 CXC O’Level passes including Mathematics and English
• Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in an accounting or clerical role
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
