About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Clerk (Payroll) to support our Finance/Production team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate payroll processing and maintaining employee payroll records.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and process weekly payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
· Maintain payroll records including attendance, overtime, and deductions.
· Verify employee data and resolve discrepancies related to wages, benefits, or deductions.
· Assist in preparing statutory submissions and ensuring compliance with regulations.
· Support the Finance team with other clerical and administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 5 CXC/GCE O’Level subjects including Mathematics and English.
· Certificate or training in Accounting/Payroll will be an asset.
· At least 1–2 years of experience in payroll or general accounting support.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
