Driven by a passion for building strong relationships and ensuring customers feel genuinely valued. You will serve as a key liaison between customers and the Training Campus, delivering high-quality, professional support in a timely manner.

·     Liaise with customers from point of contact to end of transaction which includes receiving enquiries, completing quotes and proposals, processing POs, issuing certificates and invoices, etc.

·     Facilitate the seamless coordination of training sessions, including participant scheduling, venue logistics, materials preparation, and collecting customer feedback.

·     Complete purchase requisitions and manage Petty Cash

·     Coordinate the daily maintenance of the Training Campus

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

·       1-2+ years relevant work experience in a similar position, in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

·       Minimum of 5 O’Level passes including Mathematics and English.

·       Certificate / Diploma in Business Administration from a recognized tertiary institution or Certificate in Sales or Customer Service would be an asset.

·       Personable and enthusiastic attitude and a calm, solution-oriented mindset

·       Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

·       Comfortable using CRM systems and basic office software
