Job Description: As an Administrative Assistant (Sales) at Janouras Custom Design Limited you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team in achieving their targets and maintaining excellent customer relations. This is an entry-level position suitable for individuals looking to kickstart their career in sales administration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the sales team in day-to-day administrative tasks such as preparing sales Packages and presentations.
• Prepare for and attend sales presentations to record key points and observations.
• Attend to Shop Janouras orders.
• Prepare sales reports Microsoft Office or other relevant software.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, filing, and data entry.
Requirements:
• 5 CXC/O level passes (including Mathematics & English Language)
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in administrative or customer service roles is a plus, but not required.
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a sales administrative role.
