Job Summary:

The Administrative Associate will provide essential support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the business. This role involves coordinating administrative tasks, supporting internal teams, and assisting with client communication in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support across departments
  • Manage scheduling, meetings, and calendar coordination
  • Assist with preparing reports, documents, and correspondence
  • Maintain organized records, files, and documentation (physical and digital)
  • Support communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Assist with data entry and updating internal systems
  • Coordinate office supplies and inventory management
  • Support project coordination and follow-ups with team members
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative or support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
