• Proven experience leading multi-entity or regional finance operations, ideally within a regulated financial-services, payments or remittances environment; a relevant master’s degree, executive qualification or treasury/risk certification is an asset.

• At least ten years of progressive finance experience, including a minimum of five years in a senior finance leadership role with responsibility for teams, financial control and executive decision support.

• Demonstrated experience in a regulated financial-services, payments, remittance, money-services, banking or fintech environment is strongly preferred.

• Advanced knowledge of financial reporting and planning, including IFRS, management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, treasury, liquidity, cash flow, foreign exchange, settlements, working capital and balance-sheet risk.

• Regional finance leadership with expertise in consolidation, treasury, FX, stakeholder management, financial controls, compliance, and regulatory reporting across Caribbean jurisdictions.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and financial modelling, with experience using ERP/accounting platforms such as Sage 300 (Accpac)

• Ability to lead finance-system improvements, process automation, data governance and finance controls for digital products and integrations.

• A record of developing inclusive, accountable and high-performing teams.
