Joseph Rowe, a law firm with offices in St. Kitts and Nevis and Grenada, is seeking two Associate Attorneys-at-Law (one for each location). The firm provides a wide range of legal services which include civil and commercial litigation, citizenship by investment, real estate purchase, sale and development, probate and administration of estates, legal advice and opinions on various offshore financial products. 

The successful candidates would be expected to:

• Represent clients at all levels of court (Magistrate’s Court, High Court, Court of Appeal)
• Prepare legal opinions on various matters
• Conduct research and prepare well-reasoned legal submissions and legal opinions
• Draft pleadings for civil claims
• Interact directly with clients and manage clients effectively
• Manage cases and files efficiently
• Prepare and vet documents for the purchase and sale of real property
• Provide legal support to the clerical staff in the carrying out of their functions
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Laws Degree 
• Continuing Legal Education Certificate

The ideal candidate would possess the following:

• Post qualification experience of at least 3 to 5 years 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational skills 
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to think critically
• Flexibility to work extended hours or on weekends (if required)
