SUMMARY:
The Brand Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily sales operations of our new Brands to ensure the achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction.

This role involves supervising and supporting the Sales Representatives, ensuring compliancewith established processes, and maintaining the brand’s professional image and performance standards. The Brand Sales Supervisor reports directly to the Commercial & Business Development Manager and acts as the key link between the Sales Team and Management, ensuring effective coordination,reporting, and execution ofsales objectives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Sales Coordination:
Supervise and coordinate the daily sales activities to ensure consistent achievement of sales objectives.

2. Target Achievement:
Monitor individual and team performance against established sales targets. Provide guidance and support to Sales Representativesto improve results and close opportunities effectively.

3. Customer Relationship Management:
Ensure customersreceive professional and timely service throughout a managed sales process, from initial inquiry to delivery. Handle escalated concerns in a courteous and solution-oriented manner.

4. Showroom Operations:
Oversee showroom presentation and ensure vehicles, promotional materials, and price information reflect brand standards and are maintained in excellent condition.

5. Sales Administration and Documentation:
Review all sales activity and documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy prior to submission for processing. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions by ensuring the team (and they) utilise the company CRM system to manage all daily activity.

6. Product and Brand Knowledge:
Maintain a thorough understanding of all vehicle models, features, pricing, and promotions. 

Ensure the sales team remains knowledgeable and well-informed to effectively represent the brand.

7. Training and Coaching:
Support ongoing training and development of Sales Representativesin salestechniques, product knowledge, and customerservice standards.

8. Inventory Coordination:
Liaise with relevant departments, including Parts and Service, to ensure timely availability, preparation, and delivery of vehicles to customers.

9. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Track and analyse daily and weekly sales performance data using the company CRM system. 

Prepare and submit sales reports to the Commercial & Business Development Manager, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.

10. Compliance and Standards:
Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical practices, and brand requirements in all sales and customerinteractions.

11. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the Marketing, Finance, and After-Sales teams to support promotional activities, financing programs, and customerretention initiatives.

Qualifications and Competencies

Education and Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor’sDegree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in automotive sales, with at least three (3) years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets within a dealership or automotive brand environment.

• Experience working with CRM systems and sales performance reporting tools.
