Memory Bank Computers is seeking a seasoned and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of our BPO division. This role is critical to driving financial discipline, supporting business growth, and partnering with executive leadership to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic financial leadership and act as a key advisor to the Executive Team and Board.

• Develop and oversee annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans aligned with business goals.

• Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.

• Oversee cash flow management, working capital, and cost control initiatives to improve profitability.

• Lead risk management, internal controls, and audit processes.

• Support pricing models, contract reviews, and financial analysis specific to BPO operations.

• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across finance functions.

• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering high performance and accountability.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role (CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent).

• Strong background in BPO, shared services, or service-driven environments preferred.

• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent) is an asset.

• Demonstrated expertise in financial strategy, compliance, and corporate governance.

• Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
