BASIC FUNCTIONS: The Collections Clerk will facilitate collection of delinquent accounts, cheque deposits.
SCOPE & MAGNITUDE:
• Responsible for requesting and pursuing payment on delinquent customer accounts.
• Updates outstanding invoice records with customer responses, schedules follow-up communication and updates pertinent account information in NetSuite.
• Responsible for maintaining accounts receivable and cash receipt reports.
• Ensures all works are carried out in accordance with current Company Procedures and Policies particularly, as they relate to the Company’s Management Systems including HSSE requirements.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
• Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) Certification or equivalent
• Computer Literate and knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Experience operating within ISO 9001 and Safety System
• Or 1 Year experience in similar capacity
