As a market leader, with significant growth opportunities, we are seeking an experienced COMMERCIAL MANAGER to lead the SALES and BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT arms of the company. 

If you are the COMMERCIAL MANAGER we are looking for and are interested in joining a high-performance team and excited about developing opportunities from the ground up, you must:

  • Be analytical and solution oriented
  • Be capable of researching internal and external markets to identify current and changing consumer needs.
  • Be able to prepare business plans as when required.
  • Be able to prepare sales budgets and sales plans.
  • Be able to prepare pre-qualification documents and tenders.
  • Be able to lead, train, motivate and mentor team members to excel in their roles
  • Be able to work independently and be comfortable with working in a constantly changing environment
  • Be able to work well under pressure
  • Have a passion for sales and growing the top line revenue
  • Be results oriented with a strong track record
  • Be open to learning and exploring new areas

  • Be proficient in MS Office and able to adapt to new technology solutions

    You will be responsible for:
  • Top line revenue and supporting all current and potential revenue streams
  • Leading a professional sales team toward achieving sales targets
  • Evaluating new opportunities and developing feasibility assessments
  • Developing marketing and sales strategies and plans
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Working together with other team members as it relates to the successful revenue growth of lubricants, fuel and other related products.
  • Developing strong networks inclusive of participation in business associations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. At least 5 years’ experience in sales and/or business development
  2. A Bachelors Degree in Business Management and/or Marketing
  3. A postgraduate degree in Business and/or Marketing would be considered an asset
  4. Possess strong oral and written communication skills
  5. A solid track record of performance through demonstrated evidence
