Summary

A confidential energy services client is building a candidate pool for upcoming contingent labour and manpower opportunities across Guyana, Trinidad and Tobago, and partially Suriname. Successful applicants may be considered for project-based, rotational, contract, temporary, or contingent assignments based on experience, availability, and client requirements.

The Computerized Maintenance Management System Champion will support the effective use of CMMS tools by maintaining asset data, work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, reports, and system compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate asset, equipment, spare parts, and maintenance records in the CMMS.

• Create, update, assign, and close work orders.

• Support preventive maintenance schedules and compliance tracking.

• Generate maintenance reports, KPIs, backlog reports, and data quality checks.

• Train or support users on CMMS processes.

• Coordinate with maintenance, operations, warehouse, and planning teams.

• Identify data gaps, process issues, and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience using CMMS, ERP, maintenance planning, asset management, or work order systems.

• Strong computer literacy and data accuracy.

• Understanding of maintenance workflows, preventive maintenance, and asset records.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Relevant experience and certifications must be clearly stated on the CV or uploaded with the application where available.

Preferred

• Experience with SAP PM, Maximo, Oracle, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.
