PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for driving B2B sales growth by securing and managing corporate clients for the company’s manufactured products. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, developing tailored sales strategies and meeting revenue targets while coordinating with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Business Development & Sales
• Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate clients across targeted industries.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closing.
Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Act as the primary point of contact for corporate customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Market Analysis & Strategy
• Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs’ to identify opportunities.
• Work with the marketing team to design campaigns and promotional activities tailored to corporate clients.
• Provide feedback and insights to management on product development and customer requirements.
Internal Coordination
• Collaborate with production, logistics and finance departments to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of corporate orders.
• Coordinate with the technical team to provide customized product solutions where required.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
• Track and report on sales performance against targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipelines and forecasts.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for management.
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in corporate/B2B sales, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, and account management.
• Proficiency with MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
