Summary 
To oversee customer service quality, documentation accuracy, and error control across sales and stock movement. 

Key Responsibilities 

Staff Supervision 

 Supervise the daily activities of store staff 

 Ensure staff follow their assigned job responsibilities 

 Allocate duties and adjust coverage during busy periods 

 Support staff with escalations and problem resolution  

 Address operational issues and escalate serious matters to management 

Operational Checks & Controls 

 Ensure accuracy in the following areas: 

o Customer invoices (Credit & Cash) 

o Supplier invoices and deliveries 

o Stock & shelf pricing and labelling 

o Stock availability and organization 

 Verify that correct procedures are being followed 

 Ensure errors are identified early and corrected 

Customer Service & Documentation 

 Handle warranty claims 

 Prepare credit notes 

 Receive and respond to customer calls (Landlines) 

 Handle store WhatsApp functions (calls, messages, requests for quotations) 

 Prepare quotations 

 Compile goods for WhatsApp and online orders 

 Inspect and verify inventory received from suppliers 

 Enter relevant inventory data on accounting system 

 Any other task required  

Requirements: 

 Mature and experienced candidate with at least five (5) years’ experience in a supervisory or management role 

 Experience within electrical, plumbing, or general hardware environments will be considered an asset 

 Demonstrated experience in inventory handling and stock control 

 Computer literate, with the ability to use standard office software 

 Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel will be an asset 

 Five (5) CXC passes, including Mathematics and English 

Certification or training in Leadership and Management, Business Management or a related field will be considered an asset 

 Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
