Key Responsibilities:

· Provide information about products, services and prices.

· Listen to and advise on customers' questions, concerns, and queries.

· Assist customers with locating products and taking orders.

· Cleans and restocks front end storage units with front end products as directed or needed.

· Rotate store products at the front end in accordance with department policies and product code dates.

· Ensure that products are properly prices.

· Assist with in-store promotions.

· Follow the necessary department procedures for damaged and spoiled products.

· Assist with food deliveries in Port-of-Spain and environs.

· Assist with stock take on a monthly basis.

· Report issues with store equipment.

· Any other related duties.

 

Position Requirements:

 Four CXC passes with the demonstrative ability to read and write.

 Two years’ experience in the field of customer service in a gourmet/specialty/grocery store operations would be an asset.

 Must have a valid driver’s licence and driving experience.

 Two (2) valid recommendations.

 Able to work Saturdays.

 

 

Skills:

Strong Customer Service Skills required.

 Must be a team player.

 The ability to stoop, bend, reach and lift front end related products and goods.
