Qualifications and Experience:
3 O’Level passes including Mathematics and English Language
At least 2 years’ experience in Customer Service
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer Literate with the ability to easily navigate through user friendly software applications
Ability to work independently
Meticulous and Attention to detail
Strong Problem-solving skills
Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues effectively
Empathy and the ability to work well with diverse teams and customers
Understanding of customer service best practices and standards
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Other Requirements:
Ability to stand for prolonged periods
Ability to work comfortably in an outdoor environment
Ability to speak and understand Spanish will be an asset
