Position Overview:

Candidate should be able to carry out and actively support the day-to-day operations of the department, focusing on internal/external customer service. As well as, to work in conjunction with managers and shift supervisors to deliver the highest level of quality and patient-centred customer service that meets and exceeds Medcorp Limited’s required standards.

 

Minimum Requirements:

·         Five (5) CXC subjects, including Mathematics and English

·         One (1) year of experience in a related field will be an asset

·         Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Internet, as well as e-mail usage

·         A customer-first mindset and willingness to learn

·         Flexible (shift system)
