09/30/2025You will act as a liaison between customers and the Company to provide quality, professional and excellent service.
- Liaise with customers from point of contact to end of transaction which includes completing quotes, processing POs, issuing invoices, etc.
- Responsible for completing foreign and local purchase requisitions and all estimated landed costings.
- Coordinate deliveries, complete invlicing and liaise with finance team regarding payments.
- Responsible for providing weekly sales reports and monthly projections.
- Responsible for daily transaction postings and cash reconciliations.
- Minimum of 5 O’Level passes including Mathematics and English.
- Certificate in Sales, Customer Service and/or Marketing would be an asset.
- Associate Degree or equivalent in Business Administration or similar field from a recognized university would be an asset.
- 2+ years relevant work experience in a similar position, in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in accounting software would be an asset.
