Join our Enterprise Infrastructure team as a Customer Success Engineer, helping customers keep their data center platforms healthy, efficient, and reliable. You’ll partner with enterprise clients to drive adoption, optimize performance, and ensure smooth lifecycle management across compute, storage, and virtualization environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular platform health checks, capacity reviews, and performance tuning.

  • Manage software/firmware lifecycle, hardware health, and vendor coordination.

  • Support data protection, backup, and recovery validation.

  • Automate and document repeatable maintenance and monitoring tasks.

  • Present environment health reports and improvement plans to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering (or equivalent certifications).

  • 3–5 years’ experience in infrastructure or systems engineering.

  • Strong knowledge of virtualization, storage, and networking.

  • Familiarity with monitoring tools, firmware upgrades, and automation scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
